Serving food from the regions where the ancient Roman centurion marched with his men, i.e. France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, etc., Chef Eric serves up European-inspired dishes that surprise and please the palate. Paired with European fine wines or perhaps a microbrew craft beer and topped off with the dessert of the day, the dining experience is complete.
Inside, Centurion is a quaint, tiny restaurant with the air of a bistro by day but at night, transformed by tablecloths and candles, it is more like a fine dining establishment. Outside, a chic patio furnished with couches and coffee tables as well as tables and chairs and shaded by three sails is a comfortable place to visit with friends or surf the internet on the free wi-fi.
Baking his own bread, using herbs grown in his own garden, infusing classic European cuisine with his own touch, Chef Eric aims to please. The open kitchen layout allows him to converse with the diners and the atmosphere is pleasant and congenial.
